The JB Racing Aluminum Lightweight Flywheel offers a major reduction in the high rotational mass of the stock E30 318i (M10) flywheel, enabling your engine to rev faster. This results in quicker shifts and makes rev-matching much easier.

Specifically engineered to enhance performance in street-driven vehicles, JB Racing’s lightweight aluminum flywheels lower both static weight and Moment of Inertia (MOI). This improved design allows the engine to spin up more rapidly and requires less energy to accelerate, meaning more power is transferred directly to the wheels.

Each flywheel is crafted from billet aluminum in a “single-mass” configuration, carefully replicating the critical dimensions of the original OEM flywheel. They are fully compatible with factory clutch components.* Every JB Racing flywheel is produced using advanced CNC machining and is meticulously designed, machined, assembled, balanced, inspected, and packaged in-house at their facility.
