Our Ultra-Lite Flywheel/Clutch Assembly is a purpose-built racing setup designed for BMW E85/E86 Z4 M race cars running the S54 engine—the same proven combination we used in our World Challenge Touring cars.

This assembly features a 5.5″ Powertrain twin-disc clutch paired with an ultra-light flywheel, bringing the total system weight down to just 11 pounds. The massive reduction in moment of inertia allows the engine to rev with lightning speed, delivering sharp throttle response and faster acceleration.

Strictly intended for full race or dedicated track cars, this metallic clutch is not meant to be slipped—making it unsuitable for situations like trailer loading.
