This lightened steel flywheel is specifically
designed by JB Racing, and approved by Grand-AM, for use in all BMW E46
M3 and Z3 M Coupe (GS Class); E46 330 and Z4 models (ST Class) accepted
for competition in the Grand-AM KONI Challenge Series. It replaces the
OEM dual-mass flywheel and fully complies with the weight restrictions
stipulated in Section 7-13.6 of the 2007 Grand-AM Regulations. |
| Designed to utilize an OEM or aftermarket
performance E36 M3 Pressure Plate with the appropriate stock diameter
240mm clutch disc and throw-out bearing. Provides improved throttle response
and performance.
Note:
All late model 6-speed applications (except E46 M3) require a special
flywheel mounted pilot bearing PN 551-271. If specified at the time of
order (Add $25.20), this bearing will be installed prior to shipment of
the flywheel. Pilot bearing may be purchased separately for field installation
to allow 6-speed transmission upgrades without changing flywheels. (applicable
to all JB Racing GA flywheels manufactured after 3/05) |
